SERVICE ORIENTATION
MEI's project team has sufficient labor and management to complete work to be performed on wide array of projects, particularly on schools. Additional specialized subcontract support can be arranged for mechanical work. Cranes, lifts, and other heavy equipment required for the erection of structural steel and roofing can be supplied as required to conduct the work.
MEI has the necessary working capital to ensure that all needed material, labor, equipment, and management resources are available for the full duration of projects. MEI maintains an excellent relationship with its surety, Dongbu Insurance Co., Ltd., or Pacific Basin Insurance for the CNMI. MEI has an existing approved bonding capacity for any job they endeavor.
MEI and its project team maintain the specified builder's ll-risk insurance, general liability, professional liability insurance, worker's compensation, and commercial vehicles liability. MEI can readily increase insurance coverage to meet specific and additional contract requirements, through endorsements to policies if required.
